Wyadup Brook Cottages have been craftsmen built and feature pine logs, rendered brick and jarrah timbers sourced from the property. This combination of elements complements the natural setting of the unique cottages which opened on 26th December 1996.

There are six fully self-contained cottages nestled under the peppermint trees near the Wyadup Brook which runs through the middle of the 250-acre beef cattle farm. Three single storey two bedroom cottages, one double storey two bedroom loft cottage and a double storey 3 bedroom cottage completed in 2001. There is also a fully self-contained one-bedroom cottage great for singles, couples or small families. This overall combination comprises 27 beds and can sleep 27 to 32 people so offers flexibility for group bookings and privacy for single bookings.

Centrally located between Cape Naturaliste and Cape Leeuwin, Wyadup Brook Cottages provides a great base to explore the region, 3 minutes from the Natural Wyadup spa pool and iconic Injidup Bay.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Quiet peaceful spot. Mobile and data reception is very weak. The cottage was wheelchair accessible, with hand rails in the bathroom by the shower and toilet. There's a shower stool provided. All the shelves in the kitchen are at a low level, and the microwave is also accessible. Furniture is able to be moved around for access too. A bed rail rail might be a good addition and perhaps a lower bed for easier accessibility. Personally, I found my bed extremely comfortable, and slept well. All bedding and towels are supplied and are crisply clean. Really enjoyed staying here. The parking bay is just slightly small for an SUV to park to get the wheelchair out.

I had a wheelchair-bound wedding guest of mine stay because there were really no accessible accomodations in Dunsborough. He said the accomodation was beautiful and they even installed a rail for him to make things easier! Thanks guys! Will book again!

Stayed here for a weekend away with my wife. The cottage was very clean and cosy; we didn't see a single other person for the entire time that we were staying there, it was very peaceful and relaxing, especially with the fire. What especially motivated this review however is that my wife accidentally left behind a pair of home-made socks that we missed when packing up; we contacted the owner and they found the socks and put them in the mail back to us the following morning. So, excellent service to go with the lovely cottage - highly recommended!

Great location, affordable, well managed, homely cottages with all the wood for a fire you could need. Lovely setting and easy access. Would recommend! Have stayed twice and will stay again!
