Located 5 minutes from Dunsborough town, family-owned and operated and one of the pioneer vineyards of the region. In the warmer months, the restaurant's open-air verandahs offer views of the lake and fields, while underfloor heating in the dining room keeps things cosy in winter.
Palmer Wines was established in 1977 by Helen and Steve Palmer. From humble beginnings, to being the proud owners of over 50 national and international wine awards Palmer Winery has come a long way. Winemaker Mark Warren oversees the vineyards selection which prominently features chardonnay, Semillon, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon, shiraz, malbec, cabernet franc and merlot. Palmer Wines team aim to excel in producing the ultimate wine to be enjoyed by epicureans from around the world.

The Master Chef selects only the best produce to create his tempting delights. Sourced from produce grown or caught in the South West as well as from West Australia's finest suppliers, his mouthwatering creations will satisfy all. 15/12/23: second time we have been here and service is still second to none, as is the food & drink. A lot of mmmmmm's as we each savoured our entrees, mains & dessert. Thank you for catering to our dietary requirements, and making the dining experience a wonderful one. 💐 ***************************** Relaxed fine dining at its best. From the warm friendly welcome, to being seated at your table, to delicious wine, yummy food, lovely decor, gorgeous view(s) to great service. Put this on your must-go-to-list. You won't be disappointed! Took me 3 trips down here to get there and I am so very very glad I did.

We've booked for 4 people and were seated at a corner table with the view of the vineyard. Food & drinks were excellent. The Balinese Roast Duck was delicious, and the steak was cooked to perfection. For desserts, the afogato was delicious, and the sticky pudding was served warm and so satisfying! The atmosphere was lively, and the waitress was friendly. Highly recommended and table booking is required if you want to have a meal there!

OMG! Four of us here for lunch. I had the steak (medium rare) and the other 3 in our party had the fish of the day (snapper) and the food was divine!! The steak melted in my mouth and 2 of the other 3 couldn’t finish their fish as the serving was so large. They were happy to accommodate our dietary requirements, the service was prompt and friendly without being pushy and the prices are comparable to similar restaurants. If I wasn’t from the eastern states, I’d be back again next week🤣

Excellent restaurant for all occasions . The Balinese Duck with a Curry Jus. is an great choice 👌 . Enjoy 😉.
