The Deep Woods Estate cellar door is open six days a week (closed Tuesday) from 10.00am to 5.00pm.
We are also open on WA public holidays falling on a Monday.

Deep Woods Estate is located in the Margaret River sub-region known as the Yallingup Hills. The 32-hectare property is perched high on a ridge overlooking a picturesque, secluded valley surrounded by large jarrah and marri trees. The estate comprises a modern winery, vineyard, cellar door, bottling line and homestead. With its large natural spring, dense woodlands and spectacular views, Deep Woods Estate is one of the region’s most scenic wineries.
Enjoy a relaxed tasting of the award-winning varieties and styles with the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Estate's Cellar Door. You are also welcome to bring your own picnic foods to enjoy on the lawn along with a chilled bottle of something fabulous from the cellar door.
After being acquired by the Fogarty Wine Group in 2005, the vineyard was reworked and a new vineyard maintenance program was introduced, utilising sustainable vineyard practices to improve fruit quality and produce smaller, higher-quality yields. This philosophy has produced outstanding fruit and superior wines—including award-winning Cabernet and Chardonnay—which are processed and bottled in small batches.
Deep Woods constant pursuit of excellence has been recently recognised with the naming of Chief Winemaker Julian Langworthy as James Halliday's Winemaker of the Year 2019 and with Deep Woods named as Ray Jordan's Winery of the Year 2017. The Estate Rosé was recently crowned The Best Rosé of 2021 by Ray Jordan and our wines have won a host of further accolades from wine shows within Australia and abroad.

Alison looked after us yesterday and was so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about all things wine and all things Deep Woods wine!
The location is stunning overlooking undulating vineyards and the wine is beautiful. Our tasting was presented in beacons which was cute and novel. Will definately be back!

"Hidden Gem" - one of the smaller wineries but definitely worth a visit. Ended up ordering two cases home. Literally every wine was superb but the "Yilgarn blanc de blanc" and the "Reserve Carbanet Sauvignion" stood out. A lot of wine for the money!

Wonderful wines, especially liked their sparkling & Rosé. The service was friendly and it was a nice vineyard to take a break and look out at the vines on our day of tasting . Highly recommend

Beautiful unpretentious winery and an enjoyable wine tasting experience. The lady serving us was helpful and friendly. Also got to meet the wine maker who was polite and friendly. Great location to stop and have a quiet drink. The Cab Sav was stunning. Definitely be back. Wine club was free to join and no joining purchase required.
