We were staying in Margaret River on holiday from the UK. My 80+ year old father was feeling breathless so we called to get advice where to go. I couldn't believe that we got straight through to (a very helpful) person, rather than chatbot. We were told to come straight in and indeed, when we did, went straight to a treatment room where we received exemplary support and onward treatment. Thank you so much for such a wonderful service.

Visited this hospital on boxing day with my dad. From the minute we entered the building, we were greeted with friendly and incredibly responsive staff. Andy and Bec, the nurses that helped dad, were fabulous. Thank you for all your hard work and smiles - your positive attitude means such a lot to anxious people.

My hubby and I took our family down to Margaret river for a holiday when my hubby developed severe migraines that cannot be managed by Panadol or neurofen. We presented to Margaret river hospital ED and felt well cared for, respected and we were happy with the friendly staff in ED. The nurse Nicole is very professional and lovely, and we didn’t wait too long to see a doctor. Thanks beautiful team!

I haven't had any good times with public health services in WA, with hospitals treating me like an addict when I present myself for epilepsy observation. That certainly wasn't the case here. The staff are friendly, professional and caring people who just want to help their patients feel better. In fact, the team here are a part of why I now call Margaret River home.
