Heading south along Bussell Hwy at the top of the Margaret River main street you will see the local high school and primary school, turn right onto Wallcliffe Road, follow this road for about 300m and you will see the shire on the left of the street.
The Shire of Augusta Margaret River prides itself on being a friendly and welcoming local government, setting an example by striving to provide excellent customer services to residents and visitors.
The Council, the CEO and staff are committed to a sustainable future for the Shire, balancing economic and community development in an environmentally responsible way. The shire is the area’s largest single employer, with over 140 full time staff members.
