My wife was advised by by phone from her doctor to visit the ED owing to results from a recent blood test showing a high potential of a blood clot on her lungs. This was an extremely frightening experience as we were on holiday here. From entering the ED we were treated amazingly by all the staff who showed her extreme care and processed the numerous tests and examinations. Gratefully the tests were all returned negative so we were able to leave with a happy heart.
We cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and professionalism!!!

Amazing experience at Busselton ED last night. The staff were incredible - very caring, thorough and efficient. From the friendly face of the nurse on reception right through to the all nurses and doctors on duty, I can’t speak highly enough of them all. 10/10 experience.
