There are cycle/walkways near the property that lead to both. The safe family beach of Gnarabup, with the renowned White Elephant Cafe and The Common Bistro, is less than 2km further on. Carpe Mykonos looks over its’ tennis court and pavilion (which it shares with Carpe Vino, the adjoining property), to the Indian Ocean beyond. Tennis racquets and balls are provided.

There are plenty of bushwalks and at sunrise and sunset you will usually see kangaroos feeding. For golfers, the Margaret River Golf Club is less than a kilometre away and they welcome visitors. The whole area is covered in wineries, at which you can sample their foods and wines. The world renowned Cape Mentelle vineyard is very close to the property.
