Young@HEART: Ian Parmenter & Scott Wise

There’s special events programmed every Monday between 10am – 12pm, free for people of all ages. Pop in for a musical Monday with the Young@HEART – live performances, art exhibitions and much more.

This week’s entertainment will be a special Valentine’s Day performance by duo, Ian Parmenter and Scott Wise. As co-conspirators on many Arts activities, including starting the Bathers Beach Glee Club for locals during the America’s Cup; founding the Fremantle Fly By Night; Ian has also had the pleasure of playing blues harmonica with Scott in a variety of bands. Incidentally, Scott, and his then wife Louisa, provided the theme music for Ian’s little food ABCTV show, ‘Consuming Passions.’

The duo are teaming up on this special day, which will be followed up with a ‘Truffles and Love’ lunch at The River Hotel (Pick up a HEART Flyer at Young@HEART and show to the staff at The River to receive 10% OFF your lunch!)

There’ll be stories as well as music… bound to be some laughs… and surprises…
