Perth Chef Chase Weber of former Fleur at The Royal fame, is bringing his ecliptic Asian flavours to the South West for the first time, creating a feast in collaboration with the ladies from South by South West and local Margaret River citrus producer, Scorza. SXSW will be cracking some of their favourite bottles from the present and past, plus some new releases to pour alongside a truly unique share-style feast.
