Gaining a reputation for their woodfired pizzas, Juniper Estate open their barrel room doors once again for a winemaker-led tasting masterclass and mozzarella-making demonstration by WA’s La Delizia Latticini.

Start with a sparkling before diving into four exquisite Juniper Estate wines as the La Delizia Latticini team create beautiful, handcrafted cheeses in front of you, ready to be placed directly onto your woodfired pizzas. Looking to partake minus the wine? Juniper will have a selection of premium non-alcoholic drink pairings on offer.

Guests will take home a gift bag with a bottle of Juniper wine and La Delizia Latticini cheese to recreate your afternoon at home.

Your ticket includes a glass of sparkling on arrival, four pizzas paired with four wines, plus a surprise desert paired with a final wine. You will also take home a bottle of Juniper wine and a La Delizia Latticini cheese.
