A seriously fascinating range that deep dives into wild ferments, barrel ageing, and more. The kitchen team at Ooze & Tang hopes to share how these unique and thoughtful beers can shine with food. A curated multi-course feast of share style dishes down a long table. This’ll be one heck of an evening of deliciousness and beer-nerdery.
