Join Yallingup Cheese Company Cheese maker Alana Hill-Ling for a fun and informative cheesemaking workshop.
Be prepared for a hands-on experience where you get to create your very own cheese and taste your way through a range of cheese and wine pairings. You’ll craft your own farmhouse style feta, while also learning how to modify the same recipe to make a range of other fresh curd style cheeses!
Taste your way through an in-depth masterclass featuring a selection of seasonal cheeses, local accompaniments and matching Goon Tycoons wines.
You will leave with recipes and some small items to help with home cheese-making, plus a $10 voucher to spend in store.
The class costs $140 per head and is run at the home of the Yallingup Cheese Company in the beautiful Yallingup Hills.
