Olive Mae at Settlers Tavern

Olive Mae is an exciting emerging folk/ country singer songwriter from southwest WA.

She hit the Australian country music scene with a bang in 2023 with the release of her single ‘Rainy Days’ and she is one to watch for the future.

Her sound has been likened to artists including Paul Kelly, Frente, Sara Storer and The Waifs. She has shared lineups and stages with the likes of Vika and Linda Bull, Clare Bowditch, Joan and the Giants, Gina Williams and Guy Ghouse and Jack Davies. Off the back of a dual 2023 WAM Song of the Year nomination (Country & Outstanding Regional), with her song ‘Girls Like You’ she set out on a 6-month east coast tour, playing festivals and shows in every state.

Olive is looking forward to the release of her debut EP, Hit The Road, and plans to spend the rest of 2024 settling back into life in WA and playing as many shows and festivals as she can.
