Passionate foodie Sioban relishes the chance to share her love of Thai cuisine at her Yallingup cooking school. Join her for some serious fun as you learn the secrets to preparing fabulous dishes from one of the world’s great culinary traditions.

Sioban trained as a chef under Neil Perry in Sydney before working at Martin Boetz’ Longrain restaurant which has long been synonymous with Sydney’s best Thai food.

She shares some of her favourite Thai recipes, including amazing canapes, beautiful salads, delicious curries made from scratch and desserts. She has a reputation for exceptional service and hospitality in her Australian accommodation and cooking schools and Tuscan tours.

Relax and enjoy the Wildwood team’s expert ‘hands on’ instruction followed by a feast. Perfect your technique at home with a full set of take home recipes. Bring your friends or make some new foodie connections. Classes are limited to 10 participants. Private classes for groups of 10 friends are available as well.

The cooking schools include:

• 4 hours of hands on practical demonstrations and instruction
