Winter Wine Options presented by Margaret River Wine Association

Our good friends at the Margaret River Wine Association are about to begin their quest to award the coveted Perpetual Barrell Head Trophy, with the return of their Winter Wine Option events for 2022.
Held over three nights this winter, teams of 4 will put their taste buds – and wine knowledge – to the test via a fun and informative guessing game. Your goal is to identify the wine you’ve been given, and if nothing else, you’re guaranteed to drink some fabulous wine from around the world.
You can play one night for fun, or all three to be in the running to win the Perpetual Barrel Head Trophy (and eternal fame & glory)!
This year’s events will be held on
- Friday 10 June: Hosted by Bruce Dukes & Mark Warren @ Clairault Streicker
- Friday 1 July: Hosted by Janice McDonald & Severine Robert @ Xanadu
- Friday 5 August: Fancy Dress Final @ The River Hotel
Tickets include tastings of 9 wines and supper (served after results are announced). A table of 4 for a single night table is $200 or pay $480 for the series of 3 nights.
