Relax with some local cheese and a glass of wine overlooking the vineyard. At Cellar Door we have a menu of locally sourced charcuterie, from which you can choose and create your own picnic-style lunch to enjoy alongside your favourite bottle or glass of wine.
Churchview pride themselves on cultivating, crafting and cherishing the land, the grapes and the wines. As stewards of the land, Churchview has worked hard to transform the conventionally operated farm, to a fully organically operated vineyard.
In 1999, father and son, Spike and Raymond Fokkema, established Church view and built it up from the ground. The property was selected for its ideal and fertile gravelly loam soils, ample clean water and north facing slopes. The 100ha estate has over the early years, accumulated a total of 56ha of vines, growing 16 different varieties.

Theresa has been so lovely, explained us in detail any wine and their production.
Tested our taste senses before giving all information.

We did a wine tasting and cheese platter with Ray - it was absolutely amazing and the wines were delicious. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Definitely worth a visit!
