Follow the round-a-bout into the town centre, keep to the right as you go around the next roundabout and again at the T junction into Dunn Bay Road and then turn right almost immediately, you are now at Bay Village Resort Dunsborough.

There is no daily servicing, (during the current COVID situation) however fresh towels are supplied daily and the apartment is cleaned on departure.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite spa, and the third (loft) bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen & single bed, but no bathroom. This apartment is not suitable for small children. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, TV, DVD, Stereo, are available. A tranquil common entry foyer includes a washer and dryer. There is no daily servicing, (during the current COVID situation) however fresh towels are supplied daily and the apartment is cleaned on departure. Will sleep 7 guests.

The Chalet is fully self-contained including kitchen, linen, with washer, reverse cycle air-conditioning, verandah and barbeque, TV, DVD, Stereo and parking next to the Chalet. Combined laundry, bathroom (shower only). Older style, clean and comfortable, ideal for families with children or groups. This unit style is designed to be self catering and does not include any servicing and is cleaned on departure only. For longer stays, should fresh linen be required this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please advise reception on check-in.

Villa Retreat: One Bedroom, One Bathroom (4.5 Stars)

This delightful retreat offers a balcony, (some have ocean glimpses), barbeque and beautifully appointed upstairs master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite spa bathroom (open to the bedroom). A daybed upstairs is suitable for a third person or child and several of the retreats also offer a queen sofa bed downstairs with an additional bathroom. At ground level, a comfortable living area, fully self-contained kitchen including dishwasher, washer, dryer, reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV, DVD, Stereo complement this relaxed unit style. This unit style is designed to be self catering, does not include any servicing and is cleaned on departure only. For longer stays, should you require fresh linen, this can be arranged for an additional fee with reception.
There is 1 car bay only available next to the villa with additional parking available in the resort car parks

One of the bedrooms is upstairs (with day bed in adjoining area) and the other 2 are downstairs, as is the sofa bed. The 4th bathroom is also downstairs with WC and walk-in shower only. Comfortable living, fully self-contained kitchen including linen, dishwasher, washer, dryer are all on the ground level as is a verandah. The Villa offers reverse cycle air-conditioning, balcony & barbeque (upstairs), opening windows and some with ocean glimpses. TV, DVD and Stereo.

Our stay here was lovely. Has everything you need just a little run down. The beds were very uncomfortable and could feel the springs in our backs in both bedrooms we had to fold the bedding a few times to lay down on so we couldn’t feel the springs. but apart from that everything else was swell. Would also recommend better cooling in the rooms during those 40 degree days as the split system didn’t quite reach the bedrooms.

The location of Bay Village Resort could not be better. We were delighted to find we were a very short walking distance from cafes, shops, bars, and the beach. We had an apartment which was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The check in and check out was quick and easy. The bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely relaxing stay here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere central in the Dunsborough area :)
