Busselton Ithaca Motel comprises of 12 beach-style motel rooms, all recently renovated in 2016. The reception is located in the heritage listed Ithaca 1896 buildings, only 10 metres away.
All rooms have en-suites, some have a fully equipped kitchenette. Guest facilities include complimentary onsite parking, onsite self service laundry, gazebo area, communal BBQ, grassy outdoor common with ample seating and a large indoor common room with games, books & toys.
Late check-in is available. Available after 23:00 on request.

Room was clean with all basic appliances. Located in a very convenient spot. Dining room was quite spacious.

Just enjoyed a weekend in a Manor room with shared bathroom. Super clean, and tidy. Cindy does an excellent job looking after the place especially on the weekend I stayed as it was fully booked! Will stay again 👍

My partner and I stayed for a couple of nights at one of the manor rooms on the ground floor. The building is lovely and the room was quite comfortable and clean. It had all we needed (TV, microwave, cutlery, a kettle, and a fridge with a very small freezer).
The amenities at the shared spaces are alright, the bathrooms are tidy and there is constant cleaning of the premises going on.
The receptionist and the staff are super friendly :)
I would recommend the place without doubts!

Lovely motel in a quiet location. I booked a twin room, and we got upgraded to a queen and single. Good facilities and friendly staff.
