Experience the peace and tranquillity of this idyllic setting whilst having the modern facilities of Western Australias premier holiday town just a couple of minutes along a paved walkway. Each villa has a huge balcony where you can sip on a local wine whilst enjoying mother nature's finest.
Cape Villas is a unique tourist accommodation complex in a tranquil bush setting, yet walking distance to Dunsborough CBD and the beach. Each villa is fully self-contained with all the mod cons, on its own lot and has a large decking area.

The tranquil & modern designed villas are in a great location with tree reserves on 3 sides and a meandering creek with unique fauna on the other side.

Bookings for school leavers are not accepted.

There is a laundry in the second bathroom and a carport. Fully self-contained kitchen with dining and living area. A huge balcony outside to enjoy a glass of Margaret River Wine.

Standard bedding configuration is 2 x King Beds, 2 x Single Beds.  Alternate bedding configuration (charges may apply) 3 x King Beds or 1 x King Bed, 4 x Singles.

Main bedroom has an ensuite and private balcony with ocean views.  Other 2 bedrooms share the second bathroom. Full laundry and a lockable garage.  Fully self-contained with a large kitchen, dining and living area.  There is a deck off the living room with ocean views on one side and a tranquil bush setting on the other side.

We recently stayed at Aqua21 for a family holiday with our children. We were so pleased with the Villa itself. It was extremely clean, all of the amenities in the Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry were very thoughtful and well laid out. The service was excellent from the initial booking to the end of our stay. And the location was amazing! Only a short drive to town and close to so many beautiful attractions, the beach and wineries. We will definitely be staying here again.

Accommodation is in a lovely setting and the layout is great for bigger families or groups. The main issue we had with the accommodation is the lack of cleanliness. The floors were filthy and there was pet hair all over the lounge room including on the couch (I first noticed as my baby grabbed a tuft of it with her hand and proceeded to put it in her mouth). We kindly emailed the property to advise them as the website also mentioned pets weren't allowed but we received no response. I feel that during a pandemic, much better cleanliness measures should be in place.
