Winter is a wonderful time of the year the visit the Margaret River Region and Edge Luxury Villas are designed to be the perfect winter getaway. Each villa features a beautiful wood fireplace, with Villas 2-4 fitted with the unique double-sided fire and Villa 1 a fireplace towards the rear of the villa. The villas are East facing, meaning the winter wind and rains will pass over the villa and not in through the private balcony. Guests can enjoy their enclosed outdoor balcony no matter the weather, and experience watching the wind and rain fall across the lake.
With curves in all the right places, a long soak in the deep freestanding bath cannot be missed. This stunning bath is indoors, ensuring the winter chill doesn't ruin a relaxing bath experience. Set against a large window the bath boasts views across the lake and forest.
Edge Luxury Villas is located in Wilyabrup, where some of the world’s greatest Chardonnays and Cabernets are crafted. The first commercial grapevine plantings by Vasse Felix were planted here in Wilyabrup, followed by Cullen, Woodlands and Moss Wood. These wineries are all within a few kilometers of Edge Luxury Villas, making it an ideal location for guests to explore the Margaret River Wine Region.

Accessibility Features- Doorways 920mm wide, single-levelled floor, DDA compliant bathroom featuring large open shower, rainwater showerhead and handheld shower, hidden fold down shower seat, all rails are stylish aged brass and located at the shower and toilet.
The kitchen includes a fully integrated dish drawer, mini fridge/freezer, microwave oven and drawers, all below bench height.
