Good service by managing team, home was clean and had all we needed in our unit.
Cape view beach resort is a very lovely well maintained resort with direct access to the beach.
Linen was late to be delivered, also the changeover service was delayed as well.

Had a happy little stay here. Good location, short walk to the beach and appreciated the little touches to make our stay more enjoyable. We stayed during the recent heat wave and air conditioning in every room meant we had a cool retreat from our outdoor excursions.

I recently had the pleasure of booking a holiday with Down South Holiday Homes. I stayed in Family Beach Escape in Dunsborough, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The accommodation was top-notch, providing a great stay for me and my family. The beaches in the area were simply breathtaking, offering a perfect place for relaxation and fun in the sun. The views from the holiday home were absolutely stunning! 🤩
But it wasn't just the natural beauty that impressed me. Down South Holiday Homes also offered a wide range of entertainment options and activities for the whole family to enjoy. From exciting outdoor adventures to indoor games and facilities, there was never a dull moment. The family had a blast.
The booking process was very easy. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the efficient and friendly service provided by Shannon, the owner of the business. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a memorable stay deserves special recognition.
Overall, I cannot recommend Down South Holiday Homes enough. It truly is a wonderful place to stay, with great amenities, amazing beaches, beautiful views, and plenty of entertainment for the whole family. Well equipped, clean and comfortable unit. Very easy access with lock box at front. Good communication from Down South Holiday Homes. Would recommend Unit 25 and the Cape View Resort with good amenities and a very clean and tidy complex.
