Augusta Beachfront Accommodation

Built in the 1980's this house has become quite a landmark in Flinders Bay and is known by most of the Augusta population because of it's unique location.


Situated on the sweeping bend of Davis Road it has approximately 270 degrees of sweeping views of the Southern Ocean. In the whale watching season the beautiful creatures put on a stunning show for the occupants. 
The house boasts 4 good sized bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs is the larger King bedroom with en-suite. You can lay in the king bed in the mornings with your coffee and croissant and look out across Granny's pool and the Southern Ocean. The views are nothing short of stunning. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have views of Granny's pool and the ocean. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the large sliding door facing the ocean. The other 2 bedrooms have a double bed in each room. Please note that bedrooms will only be available to the numbers of guests booked. The full length balcony offers a beautiful respite at the end of the day. Red wine and cheese while watching the sunset - heaven on a stick!

Cowrie Chalet - close to town and The Colour Patch

Cowrie Chalet is a comfortable river side holiday chalet furnished throughout for casual holiday living.
A pot belly stove will keep you beautifully warm over the cooler months with wood supplied. ( wood supplied ) Cowrie is well appointed self contained 3 bedroom 2 bathroom chalet located in Leeuwin Lane. Leeuwin Lane runs through to Seine Bay, the colour Patch and the iconic river walkway, and a short walk to the local Pub and Supermarket. There is a master Queen bedroom and en-suite down stairs, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds (suitable only for children) upstairs. Down stairs is the second bathroom, kitchen, dinning and lounge room. There is a fully enclosed courtyard and a lock up garage.

Flinders View Beach House

Flinders View Beach House has some of the best panoramic views in Augusta and is a 2 minute walk to wonderful swimming/fishing beach and old Flinders.
This well appointed holiday home has everything you need for your holiday, a well appointed kitchen, 2 living areas both with TV. The upstairs master King bedroom has fabulous views of the bay and en-suite, downstairs there is a Queen bedroom, one other with x2 king singles ( can be joined to make king bed ) and one other bedroom with 2 single beds in it. 


The best Summer views of the sparkling bay and In winter whales playing in the bay are clearly visible from the balcony, along with views of East Augusta, Flinders Bay and the Blackwood River mouth. The beach is only 120 metres away and it is also a lovely walk to the crystal clear waters of Flinders Bay jetty. Walking is one of the joys of Augusta and the sealed footpath from the house into the town, the beach, and the delightful river foreshore is enchanting. Whales are not the only attraction in Augusta, the local pod of dolphins are seen cruising the river and the beautiful grassed picnic area at The Colour Patch.  
Outdoor fire pit is available with restricted use on fire bans and in strong winds. Wood is not provided.

Storm Bay View

Situated in historic Flinders Bay is our cosy little cottage Storm Bay View. Surrounded by a huge verandah you can enjoy the stunning view across the ocean to the marina.


Recently lovingly renovated the 1950s old character door invites you into a tastefully decorated lounge and dining area. This flows into the new gorgeous blue and white kitchen with a small window catching ocean glimpses. The bedrooms have polished jarrah floorboards and from the main bedroom you have views to the marina through a large window encased by flowing soft curtains. All windows have sunblocks to ensure you have a wonderful nights sleep whilst listening to the nearby ocean. The bathroom come laundry with large shower room and separate toilet is newly renovated. An outdoor shower is located in the backyard where guests can wash away the white sand after spending time at the beaches located 2 minutes away. Enjoy watching the sun disappear on the back verandah and perhaps put a shrimp on the BBQ to enjoy with a local wine. 

Storm Bay View a seaside haven for those seeking peace and quiet with splash of ocean air. Small dogs will be considered on request. Boathouse

Boathouse is an architecturally designed, stunning new home with fabulous 270 degree views across Flinders Bay. Fifty metres from Granny's Pool and a 1 minute stroll from the main beach, there's no better location.

With a modern, luxury fit out, Boathouse includes 3 queen bedrooms and the fourth bedroom with 2 single beds, the main house has a shared bathroom and WC. One of the 3 Queen bedrooms (with ensuite) is in a separate studio that is a converted old boat shed from the 1920's. Total occupancy must NOT exceed 8 persons in total Spoilt for choice, the location sits between ocean, bushland/forrest, small boat harbour, the lighthouse and Augusta town. Once here, you probably won't want to move so you can just enjoy the immediate amenities.

This modern new two story holiday home has everything you would need for a great family holiday.
It has fabulous northerly views of the Blackwood river and the Hardy estuary, is a short walk to the waters edge and river mouth where you can launch your boat, kayak or SUP. The house is very well furnished and has a master king with ensuite, kitchen dining and alfresco balcony (river views) upstairs and a single bedroom with 2 single beds, a double bed bedroom, laundry and huge kids lounge room/playroom. A big yard surrounding the house plenty of room for a boat and a garage. 

The Colour Patch Cafe is a 7 minute walk, you can enjoy take away fish and chips, coffee and cake, lunch or dinner in the newly built restaurant.

This good old fashioned holiday home is situated right on the beach between Flinders bay and the Colour Patch.

 The house has a queen bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom a double bed and third bedroom 2 single beds. An open plan kitchen/ding/lounge area and a second bathroom and w/c. Walk out onto the north facing porch to sit and enjoy the view. In winter whales playing in the bay are clearly visible as is the new Blackwood River mouth. The beach is only 50 metres away and it is also a lovely walk to the crystal clear waters. Walking is one of the joys of Augusta and the sealed footpath from the house into the town, the beach, and the delightful river foreshore is enchanting. Sherwood - an easy walk to the Colourpatch Cafe and the river

This property is close to the beach, boat harbour, river and town... Sherwood has a huge fenced yard to park your boat and family to run around in!
Sherwood Cottage is a 60's cottage with polished floor boards and attention to detail, the main bedroom has a queen bed the other 2 bedrooms are 1 with 2 singles and 1 with a double bunk. Please note that you go via the bunk bed bedroom to get to the 2 single bed bedroom. There is one bathroom and one toilet. There are no laundry facilities in the house. There is a laundrette located in the town. You can enjoy alfresco dining on the front balcony opposite natural bushland. You can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes and town in 15 mins. Welcome to Tea Tree Cottage
The Cottage provides guests with easy access to both the beach at Flinders bay and the Blackwood River. The secure back lawn and patio area has a northerly aspect, with Webber BBQ and comfortable outdoor dining area. There is a driveway that can easily accommodate a boat/trailer. The Augusta Marina is a five-minute drive away. 

 The layout of the Cottage has been well designed, and includes a combined living, dining and kitchen area. Sleeping arrangements include three freshly painted bedrooms, consisting of one with a queen bed, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and vanity. There are two separate toilets. The laundry facilities include a large washing machine and a dryer. There is also a separate walk-in shower, great for a quick rinse after a swim. The lighting and plumbing fixtures have just been updated and new appliances including: reverse cycle air-conditioner, Microwave oven, and a smart TV & WiFi. 
 Bring your bikes, kayaks and boards, and a boat if you have one, and relax and feel comfortable and secure in Tea Tree cottage in amazing Augusta.
