Gracetown Caravan Park is set in the heart of the beautiful Margaret River Wine Region only 2.5kms from the beautiful coast of Cowaramup Bay. A family park offering a range of spacious shady sites to fully self-contained chalets, the park itself is set on 13 acres in a bushy, rural setting with wildlife roaming freely.
The Park offers a range of free activities and facilities including:
  • Free WiFi
  • 18-hole Mini Golf
  • Basketball, tennis and volleyball courts
  • Playground
  • Undercover camp kitchen and toilet block. 
From Late September - until Late April you can enjoy "Movies under the Stars" on the Park's very own outdoor screen!     

Kids and adults alike will love the kangaroos that wander freely around the caravan park. At certain times of the year, mums with their joeys can be seen during early morning and evening, eating and relaxing at the grassed areas throughout the park. Campers often comment jokingly on the thuds heard during the night as a kangaroo or two hop by.  At night be delighted by the brushtail possums that come down out of the peppi trees for a light snack. The kids will love the opportunity to come within metres of these friendly and inquisitive marsupials. The roaming wildlife means that unfortunately, the Park cannot allow dogs or cats.

Spa Chalet

Stay in a spa chalet surrounded by a natural bush location close to the beach. 


Fully self-contained with two bedrooms a lounge room, kitchen and verandah. The bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. Comfortably sleeps four adults or a family of five. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a spa bath! All of the linen is provided including towels and soaps. The kitchen is fully equipped with a two-burner cooktop, microwave and fridge and utensils. (no oven) The lounge room and dining area are complete with a T.V, and D.V.D and has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. 

Sit back in the outdoor setting on the verandah watching the local wildlife and, in season, the wildflowers. Kangaroos, lizards and kookaburras visit regularly. Stay in the spa chalet for an enjoyable holiday with the kids. Pack your clothing and some food, the rest is provided and ready for when you arrive.

Park Cabin sleeps up to 6

Clean and tidy park cabins are a convenient and cost-effective choice designed to suit everyone’s needs. Gracetown Caravan Park cabins make a great base to come back to each day. Relax after exploring and enjoying the wine & cheese, beaches and fishing spots in the area. 

Features include a self-contained space with a small fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a kettle, sink, hotplates, microwave, fridge, utensils, cutlery, cups and plates. The kitchen/ living area also has a T.V. Enjoy the natural bush surrounds outside in the undercover outdoor area that has a table and chair setting. A peaceful place to relax and enjoy watching the local wildlife. 

Sleeping areas have been designed for comfort with a double bed in a separate room, with all the linen provided. A living area containing one to two sets of bunks. Bunks come with a pillow and fitted sheet provided. Please bring your own sleeping bags or blankets for the single bunk beds and towels for everyone (can be hired).

Ensuited Caravan

Gracetown Caravan Park caravan sites are located in a bushy area of the park with shady trees. Designed to easily park on arrival and easy to drive out without any fuss when leaving. 


Both powered caravan sites and un-powered sites are available to suit all sizes and shapes. There is room for you to relax with space between each site and most are separated by shady trees. Digital TV is even cabled to most caravan sites with28 channels available!! And you even have full Telstra phone reception throughout the park. 

Ideally located in a quiet area of the Margaret River region. A spot chosen centrally for everyone to enjoy all the area has to offer on our doorstep. Located minutes away from a boat ramp, protected swimming bay, surf breaks, wineries, cheese factories and more. Come back to the tranquil caravan park and relax in the comfort of your own home away from home.

Great facilities and absolutely fabulous service. Laura was an absolute gem, picking us up after hours in Gracetown. We were also dropped off there the next day so we could resume the cape to cape walk. When she noticed my companion had left part of his kit behind she very graciously retrieved it and delivered it to us in Gracetown. If you’re looking for somewhere great to stay and amazing hospitality then you need to stay here. Thank you Laura. Legend, absolute legend.

Fantastic place for school holidays with many activities for kids. Pizza and coffee vans on offer also. Camp kitchen well positioned and huge decking area with tables for dining. Bathrooms were cleaned multiple times a day which was fantastic. A very well looked after park for sure. Only downside was the location meant a drive to gracetown itself. As a Cape to Cape hiker, it meant a shuttle was required. Also being dry times, grass was limited and dust a plenty.

Love this place! Friendly staff at the reception desk and lovely camp sites. Fully working camp kitchen and clean amenities. The mini golf was such a highlight. There was also a basket ball + tennis court. There was also a little cinema / movie screen that wasn’t playing when we were there but can imagine movie night in that spot would be awesome. There is a small coffee van on site open in the mornings. The Gracetown caravan park is only a short drive to the beach. Can’t wait to come back here.

My family love staying at Gracetown caravan park every year. There is so much to do there from mini golf to movie nights under the stars, tennis, basketball and lots more, you could easily stay at the park for your whole trip if you wanted. The service is always great and the area is always well kept and clean. The bathrooms have recently been upgraded and look amazing!
