Uninterrupted valley views, beautiful architecture and stylish appointments. Hilltop Studios, on a private 150 hectare farm midway between town and the beach, maintain a refreshing new standard of accommodation in Margaret River.

Designed for discerning couples, Hilltop Studios provide an ideal base from which to explore the renowned food, wines and natural attractions of the region. Whether you are a Margaret River regular or making your first visit here, you'll feel at home from the moment you arrive. Take a ten minute drive to town, the beach or nearby wineries. Relax and enjoy the wildflowers and wildlife of the surrounding farmland. Or take a pleasant bushwalk to the coast. Spectacular caves, towering forests, unspoiled bays and beaches, arts, craft, wineries and restaurants are all around you, waiting to be discovered.

All studios have essentially the same features, all have a north facing aspect that allow dramatic views of the valley whether you’re reclining on the leather lounge, snuggled up in bed or soaking in the spa.

The Deluxe studios are slightly more spacious and nestled into bushland with bi-fold windows opening from the spa over the deck, so you can choose to bath inside or out.

The Panorama studios has the spa bath indoors with bi-fold doors opening to the main studio.

It’s our first time in MR and we feel so lucky for having stayed at this place. It’s very quiet, absolutely amazing view and so private. At night we were able to see fantastic stars in the sky from the deck… we checked in without seeing the owner but we absolutely felt the great hospitality.

This place is a true gem if you like nature! perfect location on a little hilltop, surrounded by forest and wildlife. Kangurus, parrots and other beautiful birds come visit everyday;). Still only a short ride to town for shops and restaurants. And also only a very short ride to some stunning beaches. Studios are very smartly desinged, are charming and have everything you need. Including an nice bathtup with whirlpool option.

This is such an amazing place we didn't want to leave. It's the perfect spot for views, wildlife and absolute silence. Can't believe I've been going to MR for 15 years and only just found this place.

Hilltop studios has everything. It is fully self-contained, spotlessly clean and in the most beautiful private setting overlooking nature. Can sit and watch the birds and kangaroos from the spa bath! Beds were comfy and owners are very friendly. Will be recommending this place to anyone and when we return to Margret River we will book here again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay 😊
