Ten minutes drive due west from the Margaret River Township, along Wallcliffe Road. Turn right at the top of the main street of Margaret River into Wallcliffe Road, drive approximately five kilometres until you come to Caves Road t-junction. Wonderful accommodation with laundry facilities in bathroom, with sachets of laundry liquid provided. Shower over bathtub, lovely. Open space for bed, dining, TV, kitchenette, also including sachets of washing liquid. Small fridge, hotplate, kettle, toaster, microwave. I could live here!
Ten stars for staff friendliness and above and beyond service regarding transport. Pool wasn't heated, but there is also a sauna beside pool, key available from reception.
Fantastic on-site bar/restaurant, The Common. Best pizzas ever, and they are happy to substitute or remove ingredients upon request.

Great location close to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The apartment was very clean and includes a washing machine and dryer which was handy. Other included features: tv, basic kitchen (microwave, cooktop, kettle, small fridge), bathroom includes spa bath/shower and has an air conditioner in the living space. On site parking is available. The bed was quite uncomfortable (hard) and the bedroom didn’t have an air conditioner, just a ceiling fan. The rooms do feel they need updating for the price paid ($400 p/night).

Rooms are big spa baths in both we got a partial beach view from the balcony and top floor there's a sauna and restaurant with a 2 playgrounds very well planned out for family entertainment/leisure for young and old. The cherry margaritas were great.
Would love to visit again.

Such great value and perfectly located if you are wanting to be by the beach. Even better is the local bar/restaurant “the common” is right there! Food is awesome and so are the drinks! Great place to set and watch the sunset too!
