Check-in is at The River, Margaret River Resort at 40 Wallcliffe Rd - next door to Leeuwin Apartments. From the North: Travel on the Busselton bypass road towards Margaret River. Turn left at the roundabout and follow the Bussell Highway into Margaret River. After crossing the Margaret River bridge on the entrance to town, turn into the third street on your right, this is Wallcliffe Road. 600 metres on the right you will see the entrance for The River 40 Wallcliffe Rd. You will be given directions to your apartment from here.

Leeuwin Apartments are fully self contained apartments, situated in the heart of the world famous wine region of Margaret River. Leeuwin Apartments are only a ten minute stroll to the local township, which boasts renowned restaurants, bars and extensive galleries, and are also perfectly located for you to investigate the vast variety of wineries this region has to offer.
Leeuwin Apartments fantastic and extensive on-site facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, half-size tennis court and a barbecue entertainment area.

Each apartment features up to three bedrooms and includes fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher and microwave oven, satellite television, DVD and CD players, washing machine and dryer. These superbly appointed apartments are perfect for the romantic couple, the corporate traveller, holidaying family or small groups.

The apartments are either a 2 level townhouse or first-floor single level.

This type of accommodation contains a queen size bed in the master bedroom. Each apartment has a full bathroom and has extremely spacious living and dining areas. All apartments are fully self contained including a full kitchen, DVD and CD player, a washing machine and dryer. 


Maximum occupancy is 2 persons. Cot hire is available for a one-off charge of $20.00.

2 Bedroom Apartment - up to 4 persons

This type of accommodation consists of a queen size bed in the master bedroom and either a queen size bed or 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. (Bedding will be 1 Queen + 2 Singles unless otherwise requested) 


Each apartment has 2 full bathrooms and extremely spacious living and dining areas. All apartments are fully self contained including a full kitchen, DVD and CD player, a washing machine and dryer. 

Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. Cots are available for a one-off charge of $20.00.

2 Bedroom Apartment - up to 4 persons

Two level Family Apartment - up to 6 Persons

This 2 level apartment has a bedding configuration of a queen bed in both the master and second bedrooms and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. Each apartment has two full bathrooms and a powder room on the ground level. The entire ground level is dedicated as your living area and consists of a full kitchen, laundry, a large living and dining area. 


Rate is for 6 persons. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. A rollaway bed can be placed in for 7th person with an extra person charge of $25.00. Cot hire is available for a one-off charge of $20.00.

Two level Family Apartment - up to 6 Persons

Stayed in this apartment for two nights with my wife and two children. It was clean, spacious and kids friendly (playground nearby and kids utensils in apartment). Parking was free and convenient. Although the reception closes at 5pm, clear instructions were given through email on how to collect the keys. I would also recommend The River restaurant located next door.

Great for a central base location from which to visit the wider Margaret River area. Basic facilities available onsite, with a kids climbing area and a pool (which was being refurbished during our stay). Clean apartments. We stayed a 3 bedroom apartment, which provided ample space for the family.

Booked through ANF for good price. Living areas and rooms are carpeted unlike in kalbarri ANF holiday units. Tv doesn’t have youtube and smart functions. Recommend getting fire Tv stick or chromecast if you have kids to engage.

Room is excellent for price would have given 5 star if it were not for the extremely dirty pool. What a shame. If they spend money to maintain the pool they could have put the price up a bit. Don’t know who run this place a good potential wasted.
