Four kilometres from the Busselton town centre traffic lights, along Bussell Highway, turn right into Lockhart Street, then left onto Geographe Bay Road.

Seaside holidays for families to suit every taste. Beach cottages and villas overlooking the water with access to heated swimming pools (one indoors), waterslide, playgrounds, giant jumping pillow, games room, shop, indoor barbecues, camp kitchen, wifi and adult bike hire. Self-contained 2 and 3 bedroom chalets are available (some with spas), or choose from the studio cabins and luxury glamping tents. Shady, grassed, powered sites and ensuite sites are provided for caravans, camping and motorhomes.
Mandalay is situated four kilometres west of Busselton, off Bussell Highway, right opposite the beach. Geographe Bay is a 70-kilometre long, sandy beach with a northerly aspect which means the water is mostly calm. It is ideal for swimming, snorkelling,  paddle boarding, fishing, crabbing and beachcombing throughout the year.

Mandalay is connected to town by cycle-ways which run along the beach. Enjoy a variety of local retailers, restaurants, museums, art and craft shops. Visit the beautiful foreshore precinct and walk the iconic two-kilometre long Busselton Jetty, or catch the jetty train to the Underwater Observatory.  The vineyards of the Margaret River Region, surf beaches and rugged coastlines, such as Yallingup and Cowaramup Bay, are all within an easy drive from Mandalay.

The lounge has TV, DVD, CD player, air conditioning & heating. The cabins have a double bed in the living area & a bunk bed (2 singles) in a smaller separate bedroom. The kitchen/living area has air conditioning, heating, TV, DVD, CD player, fridge, microwave, hot plate, electric frypan, kettle toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. They have a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Linen, blankets and towels are supplied so all you need to bring is your beach towels. The cabins accommodate a maximum of 4 people including adults, children, visitors. Each cabin has an outdoor table and chairs on the verandah. Children charged from 12 months

Awesome stay, lucky to be able to extend one more night. Lots of shade and very clean and modern amenities. Pools were awesome, sometimes crowded and lots of kids. But they had a great time, the playgrounds were awesome - if I was a kid I would have loved it. Camp kitchen was nice and clean but we were missing some utensils as other camp kitchens are equipped with pots, pans, cutlery etc whereas here you could one use the provided devices. Nevertheless we will love to come back !

Absolutely fantastic caravan park especially for family’s with children. Food trucks, play grounds (so many and awesome ones all different ages too) jumping pillow! Facilities were so clean and just all so well thought out. They have done a great job here.

One of the best parks we’ve been to on our trip in Australia. We’ve got a powered site for our rooftop tent. Good service, nice and clean facilities. Pool area was a big plus during the hottest days in years in February. Beach is on the other side of the road. There are a lot of possums in the park.

Staff are great, facilities are great, location is great. Only reason for marking down by 1 star is because of the Bakery Van coming through the campsite at 8am every morning ringing a bell making sure nobody in the entire campsite gets to sleep in (including waking my kids). Surprised that this was allowed. Other than that, very recommended :-)
