They are all privately owned registered holiday homes sleeping up to 6 guests. 
Each property is maintained and presented to a high standard with professional cleans between each stay and fresh crisp white linens on all beds, and all the essentials you need for a very easy and comfortable holiday. Homes that have fireplaces will be set and ready to light on your arrival in the cooler months. 

The dedicated management team will ensure your stay is a seamless and memorable one with your family and/or friends. They are readily available 24/7 and love to share their most favourite things to do within the region.

Redgate Sidings

Redgate Sidings is a stunning property located a short drive from the Margaret River townsite, beautiful beaches, outstanding wineries and restaurants. The house is built around a 1910 Western Train Carriage and sits on 16.55 Acres with natural bush and towering Karri trees as a magnificent backdrop.


You will instantly fall in love with the beauty and charm of this coastal inspired home which has just had a complete bathroom and kitchen renovation .

There are 4 bedrooms , sleeping 6. The 3 Queen bedrooms are laid out within the Train Carriage along the west side of the house offering a unique sleeping experience. There are 2 single beds in the mezzanine which overlooks the living area, great for older kids.  The bathroom includes two separate toilets, laundry with washer and dryer . 

The kitchen is fully self contained with a Nespresso coffee machine and Margaret River Coffee Co pods, microwave, dishwasher, gas stovetop and oven, rice/slow cooker and plenty of quality cooking tools and utensils if you feel like cooking up a beautiful meal! 

The comfortable living area features a TV with Netflix, sound system and large windows overlooking the majestic Karri trees. There is a fireplace to keep you toasty warm in winter with wood supplied and aircon/reverse cycle for the summer months. 

There is a large deck and lovely lawn area , a perfect spot to relax under the Karri's or for the kids to run around and explore. There is a BBQ, outdoor setting with umbrella and a Basketball hoop and ball. 

 Tea, coffee, milk and deliciously locally made chocolate is for you to enjoy on your arrival.

Terrace Cottage

Terrace Cottage is a delightful two storey home ideally located in the heart of Margaret River. Walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants , bars, and art galleries.
The Margaret River and wonderful walk/cycle paths are also a short walk from Terrace Cottage.


Terrace Cottage is a cosy 3 bedroom cottage. Fully equipped and tastefully decorated for a very comfortable holiday in the beautiful Margaret River.
It is perfect for 1 or 2 couples or up to 5 friends travelling together. It isn't suitable for children between the ages of 6 months and 6 years of age as there is a spiral staircase leading you up to the second storey. 

 Downstairs has one bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom/laundry, self contained kitchen with coffee machine, living area with fireplace and TV . It opens out to a large front deck with outdoor setting, BBQ , fruit trees and herb garden. Upstairs has two bedrooms including one Queen bed and one double bed, bathroom , and a second living area with TV. 

 It offers free WIFI, 2 x TV's , washing machine and clothesline, a warm and toasty fireplace and a heater to help take the chill out of the air, comfortable beds, umbrellas and a torch for when you need, Fire extinguisher and fire blanket for emergencies.

Shearwater

Shearwater is a luxury yet homely retreat by the beach. The house has all the comforts you will need for the ultimate coastal holiday, set in a quiet neighbourhood across the road from the beautiful swimming beaches of Prevelly. It has the option to create single or king beds, perfect for families or couples.


It is a perfect place for friends and families to entertain, relax on the couch with a good book or cook up a lovely meal in the fully equipped, recently renovated kitchen.
The living area is spacious and features a large screen TV which you can enjoy on the very comfortable lounge. Soaking in the warmth of the toasty fire in the cooler months, which will be set up to use on your arrival with wood supplied. The living space then flows out to the north facing alfresco area which is any entertainers dream with BBQ, heater, spacious lounge and dining.

Fruit trees are scattered throughout the native garden and the lawn area is the perfect spot for kids to play. There is also a outdoor shower to wash away the sandy beach days. Suitable for couples or families. 

This property offers three large bedrooms that have King beds in each room which can be changed into Single beds, all prepared with clean crisp linens. The master room has a private ensuite and there is a lovely large second bathroom with bath, separate WC and laundry.

RiverGem is a lovely 3 bedroom character home located in the heart of Margaret River, walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, a brewery, galleries and children's park. The Margaret River and wonderful walk/cycle paths are only a few steps away from your front door.


Rivergem is your ideal place to call your Margaret River home. Perfect for 1-2 families or up to 6 friends travelling together who are wanting a home that is walking distance to the main street of Margaret River and all the wonderful walk/cycle paths along the River.
 
It offes 3 comfortably sized bedrooms with two Queens and one Double bed , all with their own ceiling fans and warm electric blankets for the cooler winter months. 

 It has a fully equipped modern kitchen with all modern appliances and opens out to a sunroom which captures the lovely morning sun. The living space is open and spacious and features a smart TV with Netflix (you will need your own account), DVD, Reverse cycle Aircon/heating, and a small playroom for the kids with a playstation, books, games and their own TV. 

 The yard is enclosed and is a great place to entertain with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

Sea and Soul | Spa

A Sanctuary by the Sea.

 
If you like being close to the ocean, you will not get any closer than Sea and Soul Studio Apartments. Hidden away right on the beach, Sea and Soul is the perfect spot for your next getaway. Prevelly is Margaret River's playground, and Sea and Soul is in the front row. Sand Dunes are the only thing between you and the most sheltered, picturesque beach in the area. 

This secluded studio comes with a large corner spa bath , a private courtyard , lounge area with flat screen TV & DVD player (with DVD's) and self contained kitchen and air conditioning. Perfect for couples or a single person. Guests will have access to the entire Studio.

Margaret River Escapes is readily available 24/7 and happy to offer some great regional recommendations. 

The White Elephant Café is a 10 min walk along the beach path and is nestled above a protected swimming beach, lovely spot for coffee, breakfast or lunch. Sea Gardens Café is in a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or sunset dinner overlooking the ocean. The Common Bistro/Bar is located in Gnarabup, a 2 min drive and is a great family friendly bar/restaurant with views of the sunset, nice cocktails, beer on tap, good wine list and a fabulous nature playground for the kids. Surfers Point is a nice spot to sit on the grass before sunset with a hamper/cheese platter and bottle of Margaret River wine. The Hooked up Fish and Chip van is there in the busier periods and weekends. See their website for opening times. Rifle Butts Playground / Park is a wonderful spot for the kids to play and/or have a picnic or BBQ near the beach. The Prevelly Store has all your essential items and bottle shop.
