When coming to the final roundabout on the Bunbury/Busselton Bypass road, take the right hand road marked "to Dunsborough". Then turn left at roundabout junction of Caves Road. (The signs will say Scenic Route To Dunsborough). The Park is only about 800 metres from that corner, on the left-hand side of the road and right alongside the Buayanup Channel.
If coming through the Busselton township, the Park is approx 8 kms along the Bussell Highway / Caves Road as you head west towards Dunsborough.

Great location, great accommodation however the blinds need updating so the windows are covered and the fans are all doing different things to what the switch says, off is high, high is off, low is off and the forth setting is a slow broken try. The DVD player is gone so not much to watch at night once the kids go to bed, glad I brought my book. Also could have been a bit cleaner, 3 nights for almost $700 I expect a bit more. Oh and the fly screen doesn't lock from the outside.

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful! After a bit of a glitch with Expedia the team were prompt to get it resolved for me! The cabin it self was lovely, very modern interior and everything you could need! Will absolutely stay again!

Great facilities but our caravan site was way overused and just sand with a ratty old shade cloth ground mat instead of concrete. I'd expect better grass maintenance at these rates. Also the van behind us had to run their grey water on the ground as the drain was the wrong side for them and too far away for a standard length hose.

We originally planned to stay 4 nights but had to extend to 6 due to car issues and while we were stressing about our car we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The ladies at reception were so kind to us throughout, even helping us transport things from our car (which was stuck in the carpark) to our caravan using their ute. Extending our stay was effortless and we were very pleased with the promo they had - we stayed 6 nights and only paid for 4. Fantastic value. We had an unpowered site overlooking the lake which was beautiful and populated with lovely bird life! The amenities were spotless and we were never bored by making the most of the mini golf and ping pong table. The location is slightly further from the CBD but this allowed for spacious sites and a relaxing atmosphere. We saw the van parks in town and they were overcrowded (and overpriced). If I return to Busselton I would stay here again and I recommend others do the same. You will not be disappointed! Thank you RAC!!
