Staying at Seaview is truly the quintessential down south holiday experience. This very stylish 4 bedroom house, is set in 2.7 acres on an elevated position in the Gunyulgup Valley and is the perfect place to explore the infamous Margaret River wine region from.
It has all your creature comforts and boasts modern spacious bathrooms finished to a high standard. Only minutes from award winning cellar doors and restaurants, and a five minute drive to both Smiths Beach and iconic Yallingup Beach, the location is unbeatable. The beach town of Dunsborough is approximately 10 minutes drive away with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and the historic Caves House Hotel is less than 5 minutes away. The feeling of being able to return to a beautiful home after a days activity in the region is priceless, soaking up the sunset and ocean views, cooking a BBQ with a glass of wine or two with friends and family and watching the abundance of wildlife that frequent the gardens. The deck has a state of the art retractable canopy and cafe blinds, so you can maximise your alfresco comfort, protected from both the sun and wind in summer and rain in winter.
