Seine Bay Luxe Retreat is a two-storey modern, spacious luxury townhouse with river and ocean views in the heart of Augusta. Usual minimum stay is three nights, but we are happy to negotiate a shorter stay.
This property is ideally suited for one or two couples, as each bedroom has its own spacious ensuite and balcony.
- If you want a fully equipped short-term rental, surrounded by beautiful furniture, quirky artworks and many books, this is for you.
- If you want a convenient location and a lovely view, this is for you.
- If you want quality bedding, top-of-the-range appliances and free rein of a pantry and herb garden, this is also for you!
This property is ideally suited for one or two couples, as each bedroom has its own spacious ensuite and balcony.
- It's a walk to the river (fishing and river cruises), the shops, pub and cafes, but the atmosphere is still peaceful.
- It's a few minutes' drive to the lighthouse, where two oceans meet, the marina (whale watching), and to the last eating-house before the Antarctic, which happens to offer great food, wine, and cocktails. Sit on the grass and watch the kite surfers or impress the watchers with your skills.
- It's a short drive to beaches, wineries, caves, ancient forests, art galleries and restaurants worthy of foodie heaven.
There are two smart televisions with streaming services, and access to free high-speed internet.
The main deck has a pizza oven and barbecue. There are also two courtyards, one with a fire pit.
There is parking for two vehicles, a private off-street space for one, and a lockable garage for another.
Cleaning is done with eco-friendly materials. The property is pet-friendly at the owner's discretion.
