Waterfront – Margaret River Properties

Overlooking the crystal calm waters of Eage Bay.
Waterfront sits right on Eagle Bay beach, overlooking the crystal calm waters of the Indian Ocean. The property is situated in the Meelup Regional Park a short but picturesque drive from the nearby town of Dunsborough.

This beautiful property couldn’t be in a better location for your summer holiday with family or friends but is equally suited to a winter getaway, with a beautiful stone fireplace featuring a woodburning fire to get cosy in front of, with stunning views over the Bay to watch the storms roll in. As you enter this house you will immediately see the character the property boasts, with its unique beach style furniture and quality artwork adorning the walls. The entrance hall leads straight into the lounge room featuring a stone fireplace and comfy couches. Large glass doors lead out onto the downstairs alfresco area with an outdoor furniture setting. The spacious lawn provides access to a private beach path leading straight to the beach. There is a convenient kitchenette off the lounge room, making life easy for outdoor entertainment. The ground floor has a large king-size bedroom with a shower room and toilet.

Upstairs is an instant wow, as you enter an open plan kitchen, dining, and living space with a second feature stone fireplace. Large glass window and doors show off stunning views of the aqua waters of Eagle Bay, and leads straight out onto a large balcony with quality dining furniture and BBQ for a wonderful relaxing dining experience after a morning at the beach, or sunset dinners, watching the sky turn crimson as the sun dips into the ocean. There is a second TV in the lounge, perfect if holidaying with children as it offers two distinct entertainment spaces, giving parents and kids the opportunity for their own space.

There are 2 further bedrooms on the upper floor, the master is king size with full glass frontage with sweeping views over the ocean and French doors so you can access the balcony and sit and listen to the waves lap onto the shore at night. The other bedroom is queen size and faces the garden at the rear of the property, which attracts native birds and other wildlife. Both bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and the master has the addition of a bath.

A stay at this house will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed, and is truly a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
