The living area leads out through large glass doors to an undercover alfresco timber deck with bbq - the perfect setting to enjoy alfresco dining or a leisurely BBQ and to totally chill looking out to the garden and bush reserve on your break away from the stresses of everyday life.

Quietly positioned away from the living area are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom/ensuite with a bath, separate walk in shower and a double vanity.

The Bungalow Deluxe is fully self-contained and appointed with; 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with 2 single beds, an ensuite with a bath and separate shower. a large open living area with wonderful wood fire, full kitchen, locally roasted plunger coffee and tea facilities, sound system, DVD, wide screen TV, laundry, temperature control, beach towels and bath robes.

The larger zone boasts a stunning fully equipped kitchen incorporated into a huge open plan living/dining area with wonderful wood fire.

The living area leads out through large glass doors to an undercover alfresco timber deck with bbq the perfect place to relax and unwind overlooking the garden and a bushland reserve beyond. Quietly positioned at the other end of the building are 2 bedrooms – one with a king bed, one with 2 single beds and a large bathroom/ensuite with a bath, separate walk in shower and a double vanity.

The smaller zone features a spacious studio bedroom complete with a gorgeous 4 poster king bed overlooking a private undercover timber deck and the garden. This zone also contains a small kitchenette and an all-white ensuite with a spa bath, separate walk in shower and a double vanity. The room sizes were good and the villa was clean and tidy, the bed in the main room was a tad on the hard side which became more uncomfortable the later in the stay it got. We were able to open up all the windows to create a through air as there is no aircon here but even on the hottest days this was bearable (there were free standing fans in each bedroom). Overall the stay was great as the location of the villa was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to visit.

We recently stayed in one of the deluxe villas for my wife’s 30th birthday. It was absolutely superb. The villa is massive and furnished beautifully. We loved it so much we were tempted to cancel all the plans and just stay in. Highlights are the log fire, beautiful deck surrounded by greenery and birds, and of course the massive spa bath overlooking the private courtyard. This will definitely be a regular special occasion celebration for us.

Wonderful! Loved our stay so much we wanted to stay longer but all the villas were booked. Nestled in a quiet & secluded location the Studio Villa is stunning, cosy, comfortable with a beautiful big spa. No kitchenette unfortunately. Will upgrade to the Deluxe Villa next time.

Absolutely stunning accommodation (celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary - we stayed in a deluxe villa) relaxing few days in beautiful Yallingup. Lots to do OR do nothing but relax & enjoy the Villa & gardens. We ordered a platter for our arrival which was great. Nice little touches like music playing on arrival made the place feel homely. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommend Yallingup Villas, we will definitely be back.
