Are you seeking a different kind of south west holiday? JoyTrails Forest Bathing offers visitors a unique opportunity to completely rest, recharge and appreciate the breathtaking natural wonders of the Margaret River Region through guided nature immersion. Offering tailored, small group guided experiences in stunning private locations, Karri forests and sandy beaches, where visitors experience the many scientific benefits of Shinrin Yoku, the Japanese practice of "nature immersion". Shinrin Yoku is a gentle, fully guided invitation to connect with nature and be present. Participants experience a calm, peaceful state of relaxation, a mini holiday for body and mind.
Are you tired of coming "Down South' and leaving just as exhausted as you were before you came? Would you like to experience a different side to the region, one that really celebrates the area's amazing nature, tall trees, rocky coastlines, sandy beaches and tranquil creek lines? Would you like to have a holiday that actually helps you slow down, become more creative, offers you some mental relaxation and makes you feel like you can handle the daily grind again?
Are you curious about ways to experience this nature in a way that has actual scientific benefits to your body, mind and heart? Would you like to try something new that you can apply at home to help you manage stress and anxiety that also just makes you feel like you've actually had a relaxing holiday?
JoyTrails offers unique, proven guided experiences in nature to give you a bliss state without drugs, bendy yoga or even hours of boring meditation! Instead, we use the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, "nature immersion" to guide you to peaceful relaxation. They provide this in 2-3 hour sessions to give you the chance to decompress. They host day workshops on nature journalling, creative art in nature, mindful photography, eco dyeing, moon bathing, sunrise and sunset walks, storytelling by firelight and other wonderful experiences to help you find bliss, and remember what 'nature play' really means! They love hosting women's menopause support events, weekend retreats and sensory walks in all weather across all of the south west's amazing seasons. They are dedicated to helping you reconnect back to your 'inner nature' and remember what it was like to just BE, no agenda, not lists, no wifi and no technology.
JoyTrails take small groups, families and all ages out to help you be nurtured WITH nature, and reconnect you to what really matters. They'd love to offer you the opportunity to experience a nature connection today, by guiding you through your senses back to the natural world around you.
JoyTrails live locally so can tailor any event for you and your loved ones, and will make it their goal to leave you with a clear mind and a full heart at the end of every Shinrin Yoku. If you are curious or have heard of Forest Bathing then they would love to create a unique event for you, at a private location so you will not be disturbed as you find your bliss.
Does this sound like you? JoyTrails look forward to helping you find your back to nature today!
