Chocolatiers Roz Koeppen and Georgia Aughton are the team behind the endless chocolate creations. Some of their incredible formulations include the gold medal winning "Cauliflower, Caramel & Chilli", "Honeycomb & Dukkah", "Coconut & Wasabi", and "Ginger Togarachi" to name but a few.
They feature local produce wherever possible, such as Macadamias grown in Cowaramup, coated in Temper Temper's finest dark or milk chocolate, or honeycomb made from fresh southern forest honey.
Temper Temper has also been quietly developing the finest collection of Rocky Roads ever produced. Named after roads you might know, the range is made from premium dark, white and milk chocolate blended with fresh marshmallow and such things as roasted nuts, dried berries, candied fruit, real liquorice or amazing turkish delight.
Temper Temper's Dark Horse range has boomed in popularity due its high cacao content with little bitterness, just a beautifully strong flavour. It is composed of 99.5% cacao and a hint of natural vanilla. No added sugar, no gluten, no dairy. Cacao is a superfood and a rich source of antioxidants, iron and magnesium among other health benefits.
New to the range is a selection of Chocolate Nut Butters, perfect for spreading on your morning toast. Made with rich chocolate, hazelnuts, cashews and various natural ingredients, they are your favourite breakfast spread reimagined.
There are plenty of free tastings, so you can sample a selection and see many more of Temper Temper's crazy creations in the Cowaramup store. Two Cracks Coffee Roastery is also in the store, offering exceptional coffee (from 7am to 1pm). Also under the same roof is Seven Seas Tea & Spice Merchants, a beautifully eclectic store of amazing teas, spices and gifts. Temper Temper is open daily from 9am - 5pm (4pm Sundays and Public Holidays).
