Busselton Pavilion celebrates the best of the South West with a lineup of local beer and wine that continuously rotates to keep things exciting. The Pav’s cocktail menu is equal parts fruity, fresh and bright, think salted peach daiquiris, yuzu collins and seasonal negronis. If you’re feeling peckish, their relaxed gastro-pub menu curated by Head Chef Brendan Pratt revolves around their imported specialty rotisserie and features the pub classics you know and love reimagined.

The team at Rocky Ridge is dedicated to providing a pint for every taste. Prefer your beer crisp, sour or sweet? Sark and delicious, or bold and hoppy? This urban distillery truly embodies local. 98.5% of their ingredients are sourced from Western Australia. Whether you’re into clean vodka, aromatic gin, or barrel-aged spirits, Beyond Distilling has you covered. Open daily from 12 to 5, their tastings and tours are hosted by the distillers themselves and if you’re lucky, you might even get to be a part of the production.
A bar hop within a bar hop awaits inside Origins. Bounce between local vendors such as Madoon Estate, Settlers Ridge, REDSHED wines and Core Cider, then settle in at Homestead Bar. As evident in using Kaspar-Schulz, the world’s oldest brewing equipment from Germany, the team at Homestead are serious about beer.
