Ooze and Tang is a total win if you're into quirky, delicious eats. The Porchetta with smoked date puree? Absolute perfection. And you've got to try the anchovy toast—it's a flavor bomb. Don't skip the Brussels sprouts with sunflower emulsion either; they turn a usual side into something super special. The cocktail menu is just as creative as the food, so find your match and enjoy. Plus, the place is dog-friendly, so you can chill on the front porch with your furry buddy. All in all, Ooze and Tang offers a fun, tasty dining experience you'll want to come back to.

I treated my partner to a belated Valentines Day date night dinner at this wonderful restaurant on Friday and the food and service were exquisite and second to none, in the best I've experienced in Busselton in a very long time. The staff were very attentive while staying in the wings. I can highly recommend this hidden gem and its obviously very popular with tourists and locals alike. Bookings are essential but they also leave a few tables unreserved to allow people to drop in for a drink and meal. Do try it.

Lovely place, and very accommodating and friendly staff. Issue was with the portions. I understand it is a tapas style restaurant but one scotch egg is $21 and is split between 3 people. Also very limited options for vegetarians. The food is very tasty but underwhelming portioned. Less for dinner, more for drinks and nibbles. Crème brulee was BEAUTIFUL. For people looking for a place with a similar vibe but more substantial portions, i would recommend Morrie’s in Margaret River.

This is the hidden gem of down south. As soon as we arrived the owner asked us if we had a preference for a table - big tick. So many places never do that even when there are many spare tables. Then comes the wine list. I reckon the best in the south west and top ten even for Perth. How many places can you start with a fino sherry? Second big tick. We settled on a bottle of Châteauneuf-du-Pape which was sublime. Next up the food. Not only is the quality as good or better than the big guns of the Southwest but it is better priced. As a postscript we are massive fans of crème brûlée and theirs was numero uno on the SW league ladder. In the words of the great Mr Meldrum - do yourself a favour.... C'est fantastique.
