Walsh & Sons have teamed up with producers of free-range, handmade smallgoods and artisan meats, the Farm House. The front-of-house is the cellar door but behind the scenes, they have the inner workings of a family-owned butchery, viewable from the tasting room most weekdays.

A family-owned butchery and smokehouse located in Margaret River and producing artisan meats and smallgoods sourced exclusively from Western Australia’s most conscientious farmers. Only using high-quality West Australian meat, from free-range and grass-fed animals of traditional breeds to prepare fresh cuts, charcuterie and sausages in the traditional style.
