A fantastic experience which is highly recommended when visiting Margaret River. Rosie the staff was attentive, welcoming n went though what to expect is detail. The centre itself was clean and beautiful with modern decoration and facilities. The sauna, ice bath and plunge pool area was big enough for the shared group to rotate using the facilities with ease.

This place is absolutely amazing! I've been coming here regularly for the past two weeks, and I already feel like part of the family. Huge shoutout to Will, one of the owners, and the incredible staff members Paige, Sam, and the talented massage therapist Sammy. Sammy gave me the best massage I've ever had! The warm and welcoming atmosphere here is truly exceptional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home. You won't be disappointed!

my husband and i had the pleasure of Mend recently, it was a truly beautiful and relaxing way to spend time together. between the sauna, ice bath and hot plunge, all were invigorating or relaxing, all enjoyable and just really lovely! such a gorgeous, calm and clean space to relax in. can't wait to come back soon!

Absolutely incredible! Had a great evening with some friends for my partners birthday. We did the private session for 8 people and got to use all of the downstairs- sauna, ice bath and hot plunge. Amazing staff, good price, all the little details are just perfect including the tea and cleanliness, and great fun especially with a group of friends! Thanks Paige for being so welcoming and making the evening so wonderful! Will definitely be back soon!!
