Maddy Lyons

Maddy hails from California but now proudly calls the sunny South West her home. On her round-the-world trip to this corner of Australia, she stopped in Scotland, gaining an Art History and English literature degree at the University of St Andrews. From there it was off to New Zealand where she discovered a love for the wine industry. This passion eventually led her to settle in Margaret River. A natural-born communicator and lover of the written word, she likes creating content about wine, food, travel, and tourism, but there is nothing she won’t try her hand at! When not tapping away on the keyboard, you can find Maddy at a Pilates class, wine tasting, or attempting to surf on her bright blue foamie.
