Located in the beautiful Margaret River wine region, The Horse Resort offers a unique horse riding experience with accredited guides and well-trained horses in a beautiful part of Western Australia. Each ride is escorted and includes coaching on how the horses operate.

Fantastic first horse riding experience! The team there are super helpful and supportive. Camille was such an amazing and charismatic instructor. Will be coming back next time we are in Margaret river. Thanks again!

My friends and I booked the two hour trail ride and we loved every minute of it!! Before you ride on the trail the guides take their time with you in the arena to ensure you are comfortable with your horse and to go over safety precautions. They also use this time to evaluate your riding ability. If you are a confident rider they let you trot/canter on the trail. They are extremely professional and we thoroughly enjoyed the ride and experience!

We went horse riding with my 9-year-old daughter. She's taking riding course, and I have zero experience. I was afraid to ride, but the instructors were so professional that they made everything seem easy and comfortable. Camille, one of the instructors, was amazing, very experienced and with incredible sense of humor, which made the whole experience even more fun. The horses are very well-trained and healthy. Highly recommended!

This was such a great experience! I was able to book a 2h horse ride on pretty short notice (1 day before) and everybody was super helpful with the booking. When we got there the group was small enough for the instructors to pay attention to everyone, and give everybody the best experience in accordance with their experience and skills. We practiced a bit before we went out through the woods and fields and it was a great experience overall. I absolutely recommend doing this!
