The first step on the sailing journey introduces you to the basics of sailing on a small keelboat, including boat handling, safety and sailing theory. On completion of this course you will be able to confidently crew on sailing boats and be a useful crew member instead of being just a passenger.
This course is the next step on your sailing journey. After completing Learn to Sail Level 1 you will be ready to take control of the keelboat and Start Helming.
This course is designed for women who think they would benefit from learning to sail in an all-female group. Run by one of Adventure Sailing's highly experienced female instructors, they believe that women supporting women creates a learning environment that feels fun, safe and inclusive.
