Optional Extras eBike hire from local providers $150 (refundable damage bonds may apply, see below for more detail). Riding safety gear hire $50 (Full face helmet, knee pads, gloves). The different bike hire providers have different agreement structures in place to deal with any damages caused by the client during the session.
Some structures include a set $250 refundable bond, through to they just charge your credit card for any damages.
If there's no damage done, there's no extra cost.
You will be dealing with the provider directly and pay them for the hire.
We'll reserve your bike for you and bring it to the session and have a copy of the hire agreement for you to sign.
The sooner you book this session, the more likely there'll be a bike available. What Else Is There To Know? An even spread of skill level in the group works best, however if some of your riding mates are at a different skill level, our qualified skill coaches can assist and up-skill a beginner/moderate level mountain biker, while still challenging an experienced mountain biker.
There are some questions in the booking process to help us understand where each rider is at in terms of skill level, which helps us plan the session.
If the skill set spread is too great in the wider booking group, we'll contact you to sort something out. Mountain biking is all about being out in nature, which also means conditions are impossible to predict and out of our control.
If we have to cancel due to unsafe conditions or unfavourable weather and you can't reschedule, we will refund your fee.
